Healing heat…

Hot Vinyasa focuses on yoga as a healing practice. These classes are slightly heated with temperatures reaching no more than 90 degrees. These classes are designed in the moment, depending on the bodies in the room. The classes will flow through poses, sequencing and transition, with a strong vinyasa element. You will be encouraged to feel deeply into your body, and move in a way that you need. This style of yoga is all about finding new spaces in the body, and giving your mind a break from the busyness of everyday life.
